Operator

What data we process and why

We process your sign-in e-mail address and one-time sign-in code (OTP); optionally your name and phone number, if you provide them in your profile; a passkey public key, if you turn on fingerprint or face sign-in; and technical cookies (sign-in, interface language, keyboard shortcuts).

Documents and photos you upload on the web or in the Ganado app for iPhone (receipts, invoices, statements) are processed to keep your accounts and stored on Ganado's own server in the Czech Republic.

For the public inquiry form at /i/<code>, we process the name, e-mail, chosen language, referral code and a hash of the IP address used only to limit the number of submissions. The inquiry is delivered to info@ganado.cz.

The accounting data shown in the portal (company status, obligation fulfilment and related information) comes from the accounting records kept by Ganado under the accounting-services agreement; the portal does not treat this data as its own source, only as an overview.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract (client access to the portal and profile management), legitimate interest (sign-in security, limiting misuse of the inquiry form, responding to inquiries) and compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax regulations).

Recipients and processors

Ganado operates the web application, including its interface for the iPhone app, sign-in, the database and the storage of uploaded documents on its own server in the Czech Republic. Before the move to our own server, the portal ran on Supabase, Inc. (eu-west-1 region, Ireland, EU); a closed copy of the data from that time stays stored there until it is deleted.

Personal data may be disclosed to the following processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (secure HTTPS transit between your device and the server); Postmark / ActiveCampaign, LLC, USA (e-mail delivery: sign-in codes from auth@ganado.cz and inquiry notifications to info@ganado.cz; the transfer to the USA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission). We do not disclose data to any other recipient; data is not used for marketing or profiling.

Retention period

We keep access and profile data for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards for the periods required by statutory archiving rules. Uploaded documents and photos are kept in the same way as the rest of a client's accounting records, for the periods required by law and by the contractual relationship. Data from an inquiry that does not lead to cooperation is kept for at most 12 months. Technical cookies are kept for at most 1 year.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Send requests, including a request to erase uploaded documents or your whole account, to info@ganado.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies (sign-in, interface language, keyboard shortcuts). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, which is why the portal shows no consent banner.

The iPhone app

The Ganado app for iPhone shows the same data as the portal and uploads documents to the same Ganado server. The camera and your photo library open only when you tap them. Deadline reminders are scheduled on the phone itself; we run no push-notification server. The Face ID lock is checked by the phone; the app never sees biometric data. The app contains no tracking, no advertising and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools.

Terms of use

The portal and the iPhone app are part of the accounting service provided to Ganado's invited clients. The statuses and data shown are informational as of the last-update date shown on screen; communication and documents from Ganado, not what is shown in the portal or the app, are always binding. Do not pass your access on to third parties. Ganado may end your access together with the termination of the accounting-services agreement.
